Welcome to Riff, the AI photo editor. By using our services you agree to these Terms of Service.

Definitions

• Service refers to Riff application and website
• User-Generated Content means any images, photos, or other materials you upload or create using our service

You must be at least 18 years old to use Riff. By registering for an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by our registration form. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

License to Use the Service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Riff for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms of Service.

User Content

• You retain ownership of the content you upload and generate using our service. By using our service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, modify, store, and use your content to provide and improve our AI editing features.
• You are solely responsible for User-Generated Content. You represent and warrant that such content does not infringe upon or violate the rights of any person, complies with these Terms and applicable law, and that you have all necessary rights and authorizations to grant the licenses described herein.

Intellectual Property Rights

We or our licensors retain and exclusively own all rights, title and interest in and to the Service and its content (excluding User-Generated Content), including all intellectual property rights, whether registered or not. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us.
