Canceling Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription, choose a method below:

Riff App
  • Open the Account screen by swiping left and clicking the person icon.
  • Click on Subscription.
Email
  • Look for an email from Stripe or Google with details about managing your Riff subscription.
If using a randomized/hidden iOS email
  • On your iPhone, go to Settings[Your Name]iCloudHide My Email.
  • Locate the generated email associated with Riff.
  • Use this email to log into Riff by visiting riff.pics and clicking Account at the top of the screen.

Deleting Your Account

If you would like to delete your account, please visit our Delete Account page.

Common Problems & FAQs

Q: I'm having trouble logging into my account. What should I do?

A: Please ensure you're using the correct email. If you subscribed via Stripe, there should be a welcome email from [email protected] that contains your login details.

Q: How can I update my payment information?

A: You can update your payment information through the Riff app. Go to the Account screen, then click on Subscription to manage your payment details.

Q: Why was my subscription charged twice?

A: Please check your email for the payment receipt from Stripe or Google. If you believe there's an error, contact our support team with the transaction details.
